How can I track my package?

Once your package has been shipped, a tracking number will appear on your order details. You will receive an email with the tracking number. You can track your package using the shipping company’s website with your tracking number (for example UPS, USPS, etc.) – or by using universal tracking websites like 17track.net

You’ve sent me the wrong items!
All our orders are weighed, and computer controlled in order to guarantee full compliance of your shipments.

Have you have received a confirmation email informing you on product detail? If not, do not hesitate to let us know via our contact box above, send us a clear photo of the delivery form, incorrect items and of your package, we will do all the checks and find a solution in no time.

What do I do if my product arrived damaged?

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at info@areamshop.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Is it safe to order online?
Ordering from Aream online is safe and secure. Your credit card information is encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure server.

What are the shipping and delivery times?

We ship directly from multiple warehouses as soon as the order is processed. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery times to the US usually take 7-14 business days.

What happens if the estimated delivery time passed and I still did not receive my order?

Please contact us with your order number ASAP so that we can check and boost the delivery process. You can email us at info@areamshop.com or by using the Contact Us box above.

Can I return my product for a refund?

Sure! We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Your refund will be automatically processed as soon as the order returns to our warehouse.
